Wound up leaving with a Subaru as I loved the car immediately during the drive and the team was easy and convivial to work with. The dealership experience was unlike any other I’ve had. Super friendly, very relaxed. There are other places where you feel like you need to be en guarde as the process can feel extractive or adversarial. There were no attempts to manufacture urgency, and they made sure to find answers when I asked technical questions about the car. I never felt rushed during the test drive or in my personal examination of the car. Ali was very helpful in walking us through the process. The F&I department was also not the typical high pressure trapped-in-an-office set up, Shawn was very responsive and even researched options for my unique travel situation. I came by the dealership because I was looking for a specific combination of features that Subaru cars happen to offer. I’m happy I did - thanks to this car and the sales experience, I think my wife and I are converted to being Subaru people now! (Also really appreciate the follow up check-ins after the purchase.) July 4th I made an appointment to meet with Mo (Muhammed Zeidan) to test drive a 2025 Forester, Outback, and Crosstrek. All were fabulous, and I opted for the Crosstrek. Mo was very helpful, knowledgeable, and a real pleasure to work with. My choice of color wasn't in stock, but there was one at another dealership - Mo arranged for it to be transferred to Silver Spring the next morning. July 5th I arrived to make my final approval, arranged financing, and drive off with my wonderful new car. Shawn in Finance was great to work with. I appreciated his thoroughness and he was very cordial. At no time did I feel pressured or taken advantage of. All my questions were answered. All my concerns were addressed with care and kindness. This is by far the best car-buying experience of my very long life. I've already mentioned that I am familiar with their service department, and will continue to enjoy the best care for my new car.
