James wood motors has the best service department in the metroplex. I have been purchasing cars from them for about 30 years. The service techs, cashiers, and mechanics are top notch. The folks here have taken care of me for 40 years my wife and I have bought several new and used vehicles over that time. my service writer Shawn was able to get my 2024 Sierra pick up truck in for the test regarding a propulsion problem with the engine. Your labor and materials are way out of hand. Alignment was over $360. For shocks, rear brakes, and brake booster the price was over $3000. There are many other businesses that do the same quality of work for much less. The new text for approval/disapproval of work sucks. Approver/disapproval cannot be changed if wrong selection is selected. I have purchased 5 vehicles from James Wood since 2001. I will not have any more work done at James Wood. Too bad you have not maintained the same attitude as did Mr. Wood. I used to leave your business believing it was okay to spend so much on repairs. It was the quality I was proud of. Now the prices are just too high, and there are other businesses that do the same quality and 2/3 your prices. More
