I walked in under the impression I would be buying a vehicle from Tim Dahle Nissan for the second time this year. Giving them a second chance from the worst buying experience a couple of months ago at t vehicle from Tim Dahle Nissan for the second time this year. Giving them a second chance from the worst buying experience a couple of months ago at the Murray dealer. The salesman was wonderful (Randall), the sales manager clearly does not want to earn a customers business. Moving forward, nobody in my office will purchase a car from Tim Dahle. You can’t expect to sell a car for the most amount and add fake options plus a “lifetime warranty” and have that customer return to that dealership. They would be so far upside down they could not afford anything for years. Overall this experience has been sad and honestly shows the true face of a dealer. More

Let me tell you about my experience with Tim Dahle Nissan Southtowne - We purchased a used but close to new Nissan Rogue April 2020, it was a trade in and they didn't put it through emmisions or inspection t Southtowne - We purchased a used but close to new Nissan Rogue April 2020, it was a trade in and they didn't put it through emmisions or inspection to get the vehicle licensed and registered so I took it back in August when they finally realized what needed to be done, while there I had an oil change done as well and they scratched the rear 1/4 panel so they said they would fix it, and it came back with the color not correct and it stands out to me and others. They have told me several times they would make an appointment and have it fixed. I went into the service department and was promised it would be taken care of and they would contact me once the appointment was set. Still to this day it hasn't been taken care of. I had to have them put in a new battery 6 months ago and now having issues with the vehicle starting, I CAN'T get ahold of anyone to assist me since it comes with the Lifetime Warranty (not worth it if they won't answer their phone or return VM). Then I get a phone call from the sales department wanting to know if they can help. I am at this point furious and frustrated with the whole situation. More

I set up an appt. with dealership, when I got there I was greeted by two handsome men. Waldo and Jose are great salesmen, excellent customer service. Everything is done electronically, a nice surprise. Rob greeted by two handsome men. Waldo and Jose are great salesmen, excellent customer service. Everything is done electronically, a nice surprise. Robert (financial officer) a great salesman, excellent customer service. I'm happy with the final deal! Be aware of all the add-ons they want you to purchase, don't be afraid to say No. Disappointed the dealership did not fill up the vehicle with gas. More

All I can say is bait and switch. We went a little over All I can say is bait and switch. We went a little over a week ago and looked at 12 to 15 passenger van. They had a few used ones and we wanted to All I can say is bait and switch. We went a little over a week ago and looked at 12 to 15 passenger van. They had a few used ones and we wanted to looked at a Ford transit that they had. They brought it out and we looked it over. we drove it around the lot and then looked at a Nissan 12 passenger 2014 that was beat like nothing else. It had belonged to a school with crumbs and who knows what all over the floor. We decide to not look at the Nissan van anymore and went back to looking at the Ford transit that was still sitting there. We asked to take it out for a drive and had my brother in law look it over. It looked great and agreed that the price being asked for it was worth buying. We went in and started the process of buying the vehicle. We got approved quickly due to high credit rating (high 700s) and paid a down payment. We walked out to the Ford transit got handed the keys and we drove off. We got home in Idaho the next day on Saturday and was showing it off to family and friends. By the following Tuesday we get a text from our sales rep that they goofed (big time). They had mixed up tags on the keys and they had sold us the wrong car and they needed to get the paperwork fixed. As a reassurance they said it was all their fault and they would keep price the same but they would have to send us updated contract to show correct car. Didn’t think much about it till we got contacted the next day with the news they goofed up but they want me to come onto their site because they want the vehicle back because it was worth 7000 more and our options was come get the vehicle on the contract that we never looked at or seen; or pay more to keep the vehicle we have up in Idaho. THIS IS NOTHING MORE THAN A BAIT AND SWITCH. Right now in the process of trying to get this worked out but an utter nightmare. They have admitted point blank that they made the mix up but we have to fix their mistake with the promise that they Will cover gas to bring it back. That’s right we were shown a vehicle and bought it used “as is”. Now there back tracking because they are losing some money on a van. Very nice when selling but not willing to own up to their mistakes. we bought the car on 10/15/21. Look up Ford transits that were sold that day if interested in finding contact information. More
