I was visiting from out of town and in need of an oil change plus tire rotation. Called the service dept and not only was set up for an appointment within a couple of hours, they met me outside to usher change plus tire rotation. The oil change took too long over 1 1/2 hours. Waiting area is very poor quality. I paid cash for the car and the service and expect more.
