The staff was very helpful, but due to a stipulation from Ford, they limit the down payment on a lease and as a result I leased a 2018 Ford Focus ST. The staff was very helpful, but due to a stipulation from Ford, they limit the down payment on a lease and as a result my monthly payment was higher than I originally agreed to. It was still a good payment because the car itself had incentives and discounts placed on it. Brittany was helpful with my test drive and all my questions about the lease. Management engaged with me when I came in and when I finalized the lease. The finance person I talked to let me know that paying the lease ahead would not reduce my payments, which contradicted what Brittany and Shawn told me, but they were probably unaware. The whole experience and the deal on the car makes this a very small oversight. More
