I appreciate the follow up , however there is really nothing you can do at this point , the shop at your dealership stated they check the rotors and brake , rear rotors are burned and back brakes as well ! Having them replaced at firestone today , moreover front brakes and rotors are Amost done as well but they stated I can drive a little bit more on them if I want to bear the noise , rear shocks are leaking oil bad , the gear box from rear diff leak that they had sleaed are worn and I may end up putting new gears . I’m paying today 1349.59 at firestone today and that’s not including front brake service . Eric had sworn they checked the car , they lied !! All this will be documented and put on dealer rater uploaded so the mass public will see what they sold me ! State of tx states if any dealership sells a car under as is warranty any major mechanical problem should be noted especially if it’s safety ! I will be contacting BBB this week and I assure you they will have enough headache from me for what they have done . I will continue my research with any available channel that including consumer affairs till they pay for what they have done to me . I want you to pass on this message that I will bring this dealership to the ground for the car they sold me . I’m a very well connected individual and I want for the sons of Bruce baker that I only have just begun ! They better and I advise them to contact us once our Licence plates arrive as I will also file a complaint with the DMV that they are not giving us our plates !!

We want to always meet any needs of our customers and treat them as part of our Baker Nissan Family . Our management team has designated jobs based on their level of experience and knowledge. Shawn is our head appraiser and strives to give real fair market value and will give value on all additional aftermarket features. Customers come in with a price in mind for their trade and Shawn works with them and will explain his appraised amount and walk around the vehicle if the customer requests and do a very thorough appraisal with them. Shawn did the same with your Altima and there were areas of the car that brought the value down a bit and with his experience he gave a fair market trade value. Due to different perceptions on the hole in the door the trade value didn’t reach what you had come in expecting and with opinions exchanged we understood why you began to get agitated with managers and chose to leave. Later that same day when you called into the dealership and spoke to Amanda and apologized for threatening to injure both Shawn and Mr. Baker’s son and that you took things out of context we felt you had any issues dissolved by the end of the call and looked forward to having you and your wife return to purchase the Rogue. We had your Baker Advantage package ready and included the loyal customer extras as we value each customer and don’t hold any one situation against anyone. We welcome you back anytime Wayne .
