Nope, I was immediately connected to Shawn Lagundo and he was ready to go. He answered all of my 100+ questions and felt like we were working as a team because I went in truly not knowing what I wanted. What I thought I wanted was a cheap reliable car. Which he had waiting for me the next day when I went in for a test drive. After researching together and looking at 10+ more cars we figured out what I wanted and I left with the most amazing 2019 Kona! I’m still over the moon and still look out my window at the car in awe. From the moment you meet Shawn you know he’s there to help and work with you.
