Extremely knowledgeable of the brand and very honest with recommendations on trim levels, etc. He truly wanted to see me go home in the car I loved. They even took me over to introduce me to the Service Dept so I'd be familiar when it's time for oil changes/service. Every staff member was friendly and polite. It's very easy to see why this dealership and service dept are top-rated! We'll recommend to our friends! More

A first class car buying experience, with no sales pressure! I spent the weekend car shopping at all the dealerships on West St with no intention of purchasing a vehicle until the end of the year. I spent 2 hou I spent the weekend car shopping at all the dealerships on West St with no intention of purchasing a vehicle until the end of the year. I spent 2 hours with Shawn Lagundo talking about what I was looking for, what was important to me and test driving the Santa Fe. Shawn was focused and listened carefully to our priorities. He never put one ounce of pressure on us to buy a vehicle. He added value to our thought process and told us not to rush, but instead, take our time to ensure we got the right vehicle. Turns out I loved the Santa Fe, everything about it felt perfect. So then Shawn began working to get us every special incentive discount available and this is where he far exceeded every other car buying experience I've ever had. The was the most first class car buying experience I've ever had! More

Shawn Lagundo shed We contacted Annapolis Hyundai after a week of shopping and frustrated from dealing with three other Hyundai dealers in the area. Shawn Lagundo shed a different light on our experience. He listened to our wishes, answered our questions, and showed us every possible Kona that would work for us. I was looking for a white Kona but the sunset orange called me. I came home with my sunset orange Kona and a smile. All of the staff that we met at Annapolis Hyundai were equally positive and nice. Definitely a 5 star rating! More
