Salesman and Service was great Our Salesman was Shawn Lagundo. As soon as we pulled in the parking lot he pulled right up in the Tuscon we wanted to test drive. That was awesome. Th Our Salesman was Shawn Lagundo. As soon as we pulled in the parking lot he pulled right up in the Tuscon we wanted to test drive. That was awesome. The whole process went smooth. One stop shop Went to Annapolis Hyundai knowing it was gonna be my one and only stop. Shawn wasn’t even suppost to work in the morning. Texted him I was free only I Went to Annapolis Hyundai knowing it was gonna be my one and only stop. Shawn wasn’t even suppost to work in the morning. Texted him I was free only I. The morning and came just for me early. Told him my needs, wants, do’s and dont’s and we had a deal ready in know time. He new how to suggest the perfect car and trim for me. Great experience. Can't say enough GREAT THINGS about Shawn and Greg If you want a Hyundai this is the place to go. Our family all own Hyundai's, for several decades, and have dealt with many dealerships. Don't go anyw If you want a Hyundai this is the place to go. Our family all own Hyundai's, for several decades, and have dealt with many dealerships. Don't go anywhere else. Shawn has an outstanding rating and great reviews and there's a reason - he earns them. He cares greatly about his job - helping you find a car that fits your needs or finding the exact car you desire. There is no pressure, just exploring options. He also made sure that I received all incentives for which I qualified. I came in well-informed and felt welcome. Shawn was fair and patient with all my questions, and I had many. He even gave me his direct cell number should I ever have a question about the features of my Santa Fe. The dealership has a different "feel". One can tell that they work well together and enjoy their jobs. I met the manager as well, Greg. He cares greatly about the business and works to build trust and make car-buying a pleasant experience. Shawn and Greg are two big reasons Annapolis Hyundai is the #1 rated dealership in Maryland.
