Shawn was extremely helpful and efficient Shawn was wonderful to work with and things moved along very quickly with him. I appreciated the efficiency. He gets a five-star rating. However, it was a bit of a long wait for the financing part. Once I got to the financing part, I was very happy with her help...just wish I didn't have to wait so long to get there. It was on a Friday afternoon to be fair to the dealership. More

They were not very friendly and definitely never cleaned or washed my car😁I traded that Tucson in for a newer Tucson in September of 2018- so this was my first time with Annapolis Hyundai, will definitely be taking my car here for service from now on😁 More
