I brought up a few legitimate concerns I had with the vehicle and they worked with me within reason. Shawn was my sales rep and he had everything ready for me when I showed up, along with vehicle reports, car fax reports, etc. I had a pre-approved loan thru one bank going in and they were able to lock in a better rate (almost 1% better) thru another bank when they checked with their lenders. Both Shawn and the sales manger David were great thru the whole process. Overall a great experience. More
