WORST CAR SALES EXPERIENCE EVER I was planning on purchasing a car yesterday at Annapolis Hyundai until I spoke with a sales rep by the name of Shawn via the phone. I would NOT recom I was planning on purchasing a car yesterday at Annapolis Hyundai until I spoke with a sales rep by the name of Shawn via the phone. I would NOT recommend buying a car from this dealership. I have never in my life been treated so poorly. In my opinion he was very condescending and is by far the rudest, inept person I have ever dealt with either in person or over the phone. He sheds new light to the word obnoxious! Because of his rudeness they just lost a sale yesterday. Thank God there are plenty of other dealerships around that know how to treat their customer base with respect. In my opinion, he needs to find another line of work! More

In fact, none of the other Hyundai dealers believed us when we told them what we were paying. We were impressed with how reasonable everyone was at this dealership, and how easy they all made the car buying process. Shawn was great and made sure we left knowing how everything worked and that we were completely satisfied. And he didn’t blink an eye when we asked for all weather mats- he ran right to the parts department and grabbed them before they closed for the day. What we dreaded as a headache of buying a car turned into a great experience. More

Less than comforting experience with salesman We were initially interested in a used Tucson. I test drove a vehicle that seemed to meet our needs. My husband mentioned seeing similar vehicles on the Internet offered at less than $20000, but the salesman offered lengthy explanation on how those cars may not have been the same as the one on their lot. Something else came up to rule out that car, so we ended up lookong at and buying a new Tucson. The next day, my husband found that same used vehicle advertised by the same dealer at a price well under $20000. The only explanation the salesman had was that the price on the Internet might not reflect that the car had been certified, but, when we looked again, that was the first thing the listing stated. Illegal? Perhaps. Unethical? Definitely. And not a good way to build trust in a new customer. More
