Great local experience, and worth a trip if you must! I knew I wanted a year-end Ioniq, and decided to stop at this local dealer for the sake of convenience, even though their unit didn't have the exact f I knew I wanted a year-end Ioniq, and decided to stop at this local dealer for the sake of convenience, even though their unit didn't have the exact features I wanted. Am I glad I did! From the moment I entered the showroom, everyone was energetic and responsive, even the receptionist. Shawn Lagundo took me for a thorough test drive, and discussed my preferences without pressure tactics, strictly my priorities. Then he searched other dealers' inventories, helped me see detailed pictures of the unit's interior and worked fairly with me on price. My situation was painful; I had to trade in a late model Prius I'd bought only two months before because the bucket seat was excruciating. Shawn L and Shawn Ritter worked to provide a competitive deal on a Virginia unit, so I could sleep knowing I'd made the best of a bad situation. Shawn L. set me up with the onboard media system when I picked up the unit, and helped on a few details the next day with a smile. I love the car btw; it's a rare light gray interior to stay cool, and the seat is wonderful with power adjustments that give me pinpoint control. I even drive with the heated seat on medium (in the summer!) and it's helping my body recover. The safety features & handling are great, and the hybrid battery warranty gives me complete piece of mind. Having driven a Prius for six years, what a relief to find a high-quality alternative that lets me drive in harmony with my values. Annapolis Hyundai is like the Avis of dealerships: they really try harder to win your business. They have quality products just like the guys next door (maybe better), they just haven't been playing in the field as long. And the attitude is 180 degrees from the other guys next door. The service team is congenial, helpful and informative. From the front to the back of the building, the entire team seems happy and appreciative of their roles as well as their customers. A breath of fresh air. Highly recommended. More
