So happy I could scream! Last night I came to the dealership with two different cars in mind that I saw online. I did plenty of research and this was by far the best buy so de Last night I came to the dealership with two different cars in mind that I saw online. I did plenty of research and this was by far the best buy so decided to go check it out. Had no intention of buying anything that night however, Shawn was so amazing he made me feel like I had to drive it home that night. He was knowledgeable and able to focus on my needs and questions. It didn't feel like I was being sold anything but that a friend was suggesting this car. In the morning I was beaming and so happy to drive to work in my CPO 2013 Sonata Hybrid with only 29,000 miles!! The top notch service didn't end there with help from Shawn Ritter, because of all my questions filling out the loan application and Kenny Pursley making the purchase easy and painless. Today I brought the car in to get Xzillion done to it and Jan was so friendly and got me in and out in record time. Thank you for all your help and it is so nice to go to a dealership with such friendly people. More

Knowledgeable, friendly dealership! We dropped by Hyundai Monday night to "look" at the 2016 Hyundai Tucson Sport. We absolutely fell in love with the car. What no hassle, What no Hassling... Really, no hassle. One Hyundai dealership within 10 min. drive from my house, two dealerships within a 20 min. drive and we chose to drive 15 miles to Annapolis Hyundai One Hyundai dealership within 10 min. drive from my house, two dealerships within a 20 min. drive and we chose to drive 15 miles to Annapolis Hyundai to purchase my second Hyundai vehicle. My first was from one of the previous mentioned dealerships, and I had no plans to ever buy another vehicle at anyone of those places. Annapolis Hyundai was a completely fresh and enjoyable experience. I am sure and satisfied that I made the right choice and got a great deal, along with being treat like a customer should feel in the end. The entire staff along with Shawn & Kenneth have to be commended. Can't wait till its time to buy my next car. More
