Hello, It's May 6th and I have not gotten a follow up April 23rd on the status please. Below is from the manual on how to change a flat, if needed. May I please receive the promised item from when I purchased the vehicle on March 5th? Pg 286 Manual: Remove the Rear Camera Cover by turning the lock bolt counterclockwise with the #T40 torx head driver and ratchet from the supplied tool kit. For reference, this is the last text I received from a Supervisor on March 18th, with no follow up: Hey Mr. Harris, good evening. I’m just seeing your message now. I’ve been out the last few days with the flu. I’m gonna try to get that key sent out to you on Monday. Thank you for your patience and I will reach out to you Monday morning.
