Was there for well over two hours to simply have a diagnosis done for my brake sensor light that kept going off. Didn’t really care for the service mangers attitude as he seemed annoyed and unhelpful. diagnosis done for my brake sensor light that kept going off. Didn’t really care for the service mangers attitude as he seemed annoyed and unhelpful. Wasn’t very specific on some of the questions I was asking and continued to make things confusing. Also a sales rep that I had asked to get a copy of my warranty for me instead tried to sell me a larger package of a warranty and after denying it her attitude quickly changed and shooed me out of her office as it seemed I wasted her time. She also recommend me to go to a place down the street for cheaper service regarding my brake issues. The experience overall was fine but would have appreciated a little bit more customer service from the car service department. More

Service was excellent. One of the vehicle's air vents was dislodged during service, the tire pressure indicator light was not reset, and the leather seats in the front of t One of the vehicle's air vents was dislodged during service, the tire pressure indicator light was not reset, and the leather seats in the front of the vehicle were dirtied slightly. Reached out to a manager to resolve the issues. The manager, Shawn, responded promptly and had my vehicle picked up from work and the issues resolved quickly before returning the vehicle in immaculate condition. Due to a personal matter the morning of the service, I failed to ensure I had adequate fuel in the tank. The technician Emmett took the vehicle anyway and even added some fuel to ensure I could make it to a gas station after work. I was very impressed by the quality of customer service and compassion even though I put him in a tight spot. I will definitely continue to take my vehicle to Russ Darrow due to the high quality customer service and repairs offered. It speaks highly that an organization recognizes even small errors and goes to such great lengths to fix any issue. More
