1.5 weeks (including a weekend for an alignment) I was pushed to take my vehicle to a Jeep dealership after an accident because the vehicle could not be properly repaired. I set up an appointment, but that didn’t make a difference. When I continued to call back, I was secondary on the priority list according to the receptionist in spite of having an appointment made and a vehicle already waiting to proceed. More

Friendly, Courteous, and Thorough Shawn Mock, my Service Advisor, and Luigi, from the Service Department, answered all my questions and addressed the concerns that I had with my Jeep. As for time, you will have to have an empty schedule for at least 3 1/2 hours but they will definitely get the job done and look at whatever you ask them to. More

No one to welcome or direct us This was my first experience at this dealership , and upon arrival, it was not a positive one. There were no signs or instructions in entering the ser This was my first experience at this dealership , and upon arrival, it was not a positive one. There were no signs or instructions in entering the service lanes. I pulled in and looked around, no one to be seen to ask if I need to go check in (I had made an appt) or if someone would come out. A business with better customer service would have someone to tell customers where to go, and that someone would be with them soon. Eventually, a couple employees were near another car, including a guy putting plastic and paper mats in cars. Neither of these employees made eye contact with us and in fact seemed to try not to make eye contact with us. We still were unsure about what to do here, so a simple 'hello' or 'we'll be with you soon' would have been appropriate. I was getting ready to leave and go to another dealer. Feeling ignored, I went in to a service provider at a desk to ask if I need to check in for my appt. He said no, just go wait by the car and someone would come out. So at least I was in the right place. We ackwardly waited by my car as employees nearby didn't seem particularly busy, but still didn't say anything to us. Eventially, Shawn came out to help us. He was very courteous and helpful. He turned the visit around, and I forgot how pissed I was earlier. He is the only reason why I'll give this service dept a 2nd chance next time(you are closer than the dealer where I purchased). I do think that you should revisit informative signs. If there had been a sign that said to pull in and wait for someone to come to you, my visit would have been much less frustrating, even though I had to wait quite a while. Also, important, have the employees acknowledge people, and say that 'someone will be with you' instead of ignoring them. I have never been to a service department that didn't have signs and didn't acknowledge me, so I was kind of blown away. More

Shawn the advisor was excellent in keeping me posted on the vehicle service. I would definitely recommend Shawn to be employee of the month. My vehicle was not guarantee to be ready in keeping me posted on the vehicle service. I would definitely recommend Shawn to be employee of the month. My vehicle was not guarantee to be ready by 3:30 and Shawn made sure it was. Great Job More
