Had a very pressing need to replace the brakes & rotors on my daughters car. She has a forty five minute commute each day with my 2 year old grandson. The service is always excellent. I was just misled on price and services included in that price. Having been told one thing and then surprised by added expenses for what I thought wa I was just misled on price and services included in that price. Dealerships are notorious more expensive than other service providers. I don’t know why they can’t be more competitive. More

They took me without an appointment when I had an emergency and no backup facility. I had to wait a while which I was happy to do. Everyone was very nice to me in a stressful situation. I was at Secor on two consecutive Mondays. The service team is fantastic! On a Monday morning, I pull up and I’m greeted with a smile and a welcome from Anastasia.
