Customer Service continues to go down hill. There is a $150 fee just to look at the car but this fee was not present at the time I dropped the car off, I don’t agree to it and quite frank I t There is a $150 fee just to look at the car but this fee was not present at the time I dropped the car off, I don’t agree to it and quite frank I told them what needed to be done and asked for a quote of the cost. Service manager returned my call but the fee is stated on inside the service room however I never went into the service room! I walked straight up to the waiting room after dropping off car and agent didn’t say anything about this NEW fee that this dealership charges. No apologies no accountability no owning it up. I’ve been going to this dealership for 20 years; had 4 Subarus — there must be a reason why there’s such a High turnover rate in customer service department. They lost my business and my review stands true —ultimately I felt taken advantage of and lied to point blank. I’ll buy my next car in a few months from a different dealership. More

It makes no sense to me to schedule an appointment when they service your car in between other vehicles. You might as well not schedule an appointment and take your chances and sit there all day and wait they service your car in between other vehicles. My car was there for an 8:30 appointment and my car wasn’t looked at till after 1:00. I didn’t leave the dealership until approximately 4:30. An all day affair. More

Secor Subaru is an outstanding dealership. My wife and I have purchased four Subaru Outbacks from Secor over the last 20 years. Our last visit to their service center was unplanned. We were My wife and I have purchased four Subaru Outbacks from Secor over the last 20 years. Our last visit to their service center was unplanned. We were out for a medical appointment and when we started to go home we had difficulty starting the engine and the warning signals for the door lock system would not turn off. We drove directly to Secor service center. The service manager immediately came out to check on the problem. When he could not diagnose the problem without further investigation we were offered a loaner car. The next day the service center determined that the car's battery would no longer hold a charge. The battery was replaced under Subaru's extended warranty program and the car has been working perfectly since then. More
