I spend a lot of money at this dealership and I really like Shawn. He's a low key guy who is down to earth and pretty straightforward. And the work performed was solid. Everybody has a busy life and you can plan around most curveballs, but when the car goes into the shop and it's a black hole of silence, that just doesn't work.
