I have had the same engine problem since September with the car being in and out of service 11 times from September to March. The engine was finally replaced in December and I drove the car for about a m the car being in and out of service 11 times from September to March. I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for service. Shawn was courteous and asked me to wait at the Dealership’s coffee shop while the Jeep is being serviced. The coffee shop is a full service diner. I had a ham and cheese omelet and a coffee. There is also a free wifi, and a clothing plus Jeep accessories shop next to the coffee shop. Everyone is friendly and respectful.
