I dropped my car off and never heard back from the I dropped my car off and never heard back from the dealership. I had to call repeatedly and eventually talked to service manager. Essentially they in I dropped my car off and never heard back from the dealership. I had to call repeatedly and eventually talked to service manager. Essentially they insisted they called a number with a full mailbox (not mine) and it was my problem that this occurred. They also informed me the text system goes into a "general mailbox" therefore they weren't responsible for responding through that (I texted asking when it will be done). Needless to say I had them stop working on vehicle and picked it up the next day. Very inconvenient. More
