Tim and Shawn were excellent to work with. I had many questions about features and functions and all were explained clearly - all the way to the paperwork to finalize purchase. I test drove the Forester and Outback and ended up buying the Outback the next day. When I pick ip Outback Shawn will go over basic operational functions again and after a couple weeks he will go over again and educate me on additional functions. This was by far the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had in my 40+ years of buying vehicles. No salesperson xx or pressure. Transparent. The financing options were also a factor in purchasing the Outback. What a great team at Dean Team Subaru! Well done. More
