Shawn Nethercott is not your typical car salesman. He is very easy to work with and listens to your needs and wants. We visited atleast 7 other dealerships in search for the right vehicle and wound up He is very easy to work with and listens to your needs and wants. Originally thought I was going to purchase a Toyota, although poor salesmen and bad timing of their used inventory, led me back to Ballwin, to grab a Certified, gently used, Ascent. Nick Ferrario brought me to Dean Team and now I’m hooked! Can’t beat the extra bumper to bumper warranty for 100k miles (although it’s a Subaru so let’s be real, I probably won’t use it)! Peace of mind is what I wanted, and it’s what I got! Thanks Dean Team!! Cheers! See ya in a few years when I need another vehicle for my family :) More

His knowledge on Volkswagens and cars in general is unmatched. And I would know - I went to 3 other dealerships to search out cars. But I ended up returning to the Dean Team because I felt comfortable and taken care of. Their team of exceptional salespeople doesn’t stop there. The manager Richard made sure to let me know that if there was anything I needed that he would be there to help. I so appreciate all those I worked with throughout my car buying experience. Recently I purchased my third Subaru Impreza, and I couldn’t be any happier with the new car and the service the Dean Team provided. Everyone was so helpful, especially Shawn Nethercott. No one pressured me, and people made sure that I got the right car for me. They also gave me a good deal on my trade in. I brought my dog with me, and she had a great time.
