No one pressured me, and people made sure that I got the right car for me. They also gave me a good deal on my trade in. I brought my dog with me, and she had a great time. We came to look at the many used Ascent vehicles that the dealer had in inventory. The sales rep showed us two that we really liked including one in the Onyx series. We loved the black highlights over the c dealer had in inventory. The sales rep showed us two that we really liked including one in the Onyx series. We loved the black highlights over the chrome and began processing a sale for that one. He then mentioned that he did have a new Onyx model and explained that the price was only moderately higher but we qualified for financing at a much lower rate. We asked to see it and he brought it around for us to see. We did some quick math and decided it to be the better purchase option considering the full factory warranty and brand new tires and all. We got a fair trade for our old vehicle, crunched the numbers and it made more sense to us from a feature/benefit and cost expense. We had a great time working with Shawn and signed the deal, going home with our first ever brand new vehicle. The entire Dean Team experience was pleasant and positive. Very happy overall. More
