Both our General Manager and Service and Parts Director have met with this customer to review his concerns. We understand his frustration with this repair, as several repair attempts have been required to alleviate his concern. We have worked closely with the Chrysler engineering team in order to repair his vehicle. We believe at this time that the repair has been completed correctly, but will remain in contact with the customer to ensure the correct operation of the vehicle. The customer has direct contact information for both the store General Manager and Service and Parts Director in the event of any future concerns.

This is an update to my last comment: I have spoken to top management and Shawn the service manager, they have all been very open and apologized for the misunderstanding. I did bring my car back so that a specialist from JEEP can work on the car. The car still has the same problem that I get a vibration in my seat as well as my foot when I have it on the gas, the vibration is not a consistent (vrooommmm)t feel but more like a warped feel (vroom vroom vroom). Although a couple of the workers there say that they have same car and they have a steady humming also, but mine does not hum. Although I still have the same problem I wanna keep my car (2012 Jeep Liberty Latitude) Management gave me an option if I wanted to go into a different car, I declined, I spoke to Shawn that I will keep my car but if in the future if it gets worse I can bring it back. In all the people at Cecconis Chrysler have been great after we spoke about the situation and problems they were very cooperative and understanding with my situation. I would recommend Cecconi Chysler to anybody.

Our Service Director personally met with Nicole in order to remedy the situation directly instead of handing her off to another employee. The Service Director then had our highly experienced mechanics examine her vehicle. Subsequently, he explained to Nicole that her pads and rotors had plenty of life left on them and were safe. Moreover, he explicated that her vehicle had semi-metallic pads and gave her three options to help her. He offered to (1) cut the rotors and put an anti-squeal chemical on the pads (at no charge whatsoever) or (2) cut the rotors and replace the pads with ceramic pads (no labor charge, she just pays for the pads) or (3) replace all 4 rotors and use ceramic pads along with adding an anti-squeal chemical (no labor charge she just pays for the parts) Nicole chose number 3 because she wanted all brand new parts. We had scheduled an appointment and ordered all of the rotors and ceramic pads. Unfortunately, she did not come in for the appointment. The Service Director personally called her on multiple occasions to reschedule to fix her situation, but she has yet to return his calls. We would 100% be more than happy to honor our commitment if she decides to come back to the dealership. We genuinely value each and every one of our customers and hope that Nicole returns, so that we can make sure that this gets taken care of and she's happy.
