Very accomodating during Covid crisis I drove from Lino Lakes for a scheduled "B" service. Upon arrival I was informed that I could not wait on - site. Rather than turning me away, Shawn I drove from Lino Lakes for a scheduled "B" service. Upon arrival I was informed that I could not wait on - site. Rather than turning me away, Shawn went above - and beyond to provide a loaner vehicle. Outstanding service all - around! More

Glad I got my tires replaced at this dealership I needed new tires and was given a quote by Rapids Honda which was comparable to the quote I had gotten from a tires only shop. I took a chance havin I needed new tires and was given a quote by Rapids Honda which was comparable to the quote I had gotten from a tires only shop. I took a chance having Rapids do my tires because their quote included an alignment. Imagine my surprise when I learned that the tires were now on a "buy 3 get 1 free deal". But, it gets better. WHile changing the tires, the service guy noted that one of my tire hubs was broken and replacing it was covered under my cars drive train warranty. Had I chosen my other local tire shop, there's no way they would have been able to take care of the broken tire hub. More

customer service was lacking as I didn’t get a call That my car was done. I waited for 3 hours.. nothing. Even after texting asking if my car was done, nothing. I knew They closed at noon so I started walki my car was done. I waited for 3 hours.. nothing. Even after texting asking if my car was done, nothing. I knew They closed at noon so I started walking up there. Takes about 20 minutes. When I got there , I was told my car was finished within a half hour of dropping it off. Shawn told me he must’ve spaced it out and forgot to call me. I wasted my whole morning waiting on my car. A little frustrating to say the least. Otherwise the service to my vehicle was great. More

When I went to have the tires done, the price was even less because of a "buy 3 get 1 free" tire promotion. WOOHOO! While putting on the tires, the guy found something wrong with the tire hub which they replaced and it was covered under my cars drive train warranty. If I had gotten my tires elsewhere...who knows when the tire hub issue would have been discovered? Thanks, Rapids Honda. More
