sure we understood all the features the our new CR-V had and helped us in the financing. They were a little to pushy on trying to get us to do add on

We had brought in a 2017 CR-V for service and Shawn was outstanding in giving us quick service and keeping us informed as to the status of the work being done. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I am having some rather big issues in my eyes, with our new vehicle and we will see how Rapids Honda fixes the issue to make it right. There may be a follow up to this review.

I refuse to take my vehicle there! I took it to Buerkle Honda even though it was a lot further away! Had an oil change done late 2019 & think it was overfilled which caused many symptoms that could have been fraudulently misdiagnosed.
