Shaw. was outstanding- went beyond to provide premium service! He listened to what was not working (dead battery, which had happened 2x previously) and resolved the issue. Brought my Ridgeline for routine maintenance. Discovered stuck lug nut due to previous tire rotation at this dealership. Unable to complete tire rotation. After getting home check engine light came on. Call stuck lug nut due to previous tire rotation at this dealership. Unable to complete tire rotation. After getting home check engine light came on. Called and talked to Lance (MX Mgr) and he had me bring the truck back in and took care of all issues. In the end, a good outcome and I am grateful to Lance and Shawn for making the situation right. Well done! More

My service experience was much much worse and a vehicle that was just into it's 3rd year n was just mediocre and clouded by a chauvinistic salesman. My service experience was much much worse and a vehicle that was just into it's 3rd year needed substantial work. Some of the worst people to deal with here are the management. Ken Grantwit doesn't give a rip about customers, he'd much rather cover for his cronies like Lance Spah who are TERRIBLE at being service managers. I was lied to, bait and switched and stolen from at this dealership. Don't buy here and definitely don't get an extended warranty they sell you! More
