Excellent service! Before I could exit the car they were waiting to check me in, and add additional recommended services to our appointment. I am dissatisfied that I was charged for a new battery for my 2019 Honda Odyssey. I was having several start up problems with my Odyssey and called Rapids Honda service department twice to describe the st for my 2019 Honda Odyssey. I was having several start up problems with my Odyssey and called Rapids Honda service department twice to describe the start up problems prior the Odyssey completely dying this past January 27th. I had to have roadside assistance to help get me going again. I was advised by a service advisor to bring the Odyssey in to troubleshoot the problem. Diagnostic tests were made on the battery and was I was told by Service advisor that it was found to be ‘OK and that I was good to go’. I was not satisfied that the diagnostic test was adequate and had a new battery installed. To my dissatisfaction, I was charged $247 for the new Honda battery and labor. See Invoice Number 153280. I feel that the 100 month warranty on the old battery should have been applied as advertised. I am grateful for the new battery as I have not experienced any start up problems since, even during the recent cold spells we have been experiencing lately. More

I was greeted nicely and was able to watch my vehicle being worked on through the waiting glass area.
