Before I even test drove the CR-V Shawn asked me what my priorities were in a new car. Being in the over 70 age bracket and loving taking the grandkids on outings I mentioned "safety' as my first concern. Once I test drove the CRV I knew it was what I wanted! However Shawn did not pressure me and made sure I could continue to take my time with any decisions and that it was a personal one for me! By far his best attribute besides knowledge of product is his patience !!!! All those safety features come with a learning curve attached! He was extremely sensitive to my processing all the new features !! He demonstrated, let me do hands on , and set an app on my i-phone which thoroughly explains all features! I am loving my new car! Ai cannot thank Mark Zolendziewski enough for making the financial side of the deal so easy! i appreciate his personal touch and expertise with the transaction! More

I walked into the dealership intending to purchase a particular model. Due to FOMO, I waffled between models for a couple days. Shawn did not pressure me to choose the more expensive option. In fact, he encouraged me to purchase my original option and he gave me the time to make that decision. I’ve given his name to multiple people who are new car shopping, including my mother, who is also purchasing a car from him. I’m very happy with my purchase. I’ve been impressrd by how hard all the employees work. I know my Honda will last me a very long time but I intend to work with Shawn and Roush when this car reaches 300,000 miles. More
