Professionalism comes at a cost, but it is worth it. I'd like to personally recommend Shawn Risner; he's been nothing but courteous and professional throughout the laborious car-buying process, and was a I'd like to personally recommend Shawn Risner; he's been nothing but courteous and professional throughout the laborious car-buying process, and was able to get me the deal that I wanted. My questions were answered quickly, and I got no hint of the xx that you almost always get when buying a car. He came in on his day off to finish that deal (yeah, I know he's getting paid, but you couldn't pay me to work on my day off) and even though I know I'm paying a bit more than I would have elsewhere, I would rather do so and be treated with respect than save a buck and be berated at some cattle-call sleaze fest near Brice Road, just off I-70 in Southeast Columbus. No question, Roush Honda and Shawn will continue getting my business. More

New Ride Shawn was great from the beginning. He was professional, honest, and helpful. Shawn listened to my story and my needs and found a way to best help me. Shawn was great from the beginning. When it was time to close the deal he was efficient and made sure that I was taken care of the entire time.
