My mom and sister went a few days before to look at cars for me. Cameron Dean helped them find the perfect one for me with all my desired features. He even offered to work with me over the phone or email if I was unable to come into the dealership. However when I came in that weekend he was not in so Shawn Risner took over. He jumped right in no problem and within minutes got me into a car to test drive. When I decided that was the one I wanted he got the ball rolling on getting the financial side started and everything else worked out. He was very friendly and put me at ease right away. We were there for a few hours but honestly it felt like no time at all which I think was in large part due to how much of a joy he was to work with. I also worked with Will Groves from finance. He talked me through all those aspects and made sure I understood everything. All in all I think Roush Honda has a great team all around and would definitely recommend them in the future. More

My questions were answered quickly, and I got no hint of the BS that you almost always get when buying a car. He came in on his day off to finish that deal (yeah, I know he's getting paid, but you couldn't pay me to work on my day off) and even though I know I'm paying a bit more than I would have elsewhere, I would rather do so and be treated with respect than save a buck and be berated at some cattle-call sleaze fest near Brice Road, just off I-70 in Southeast Columbus. No question, Roush Honda and Shawn will continue getting my business. More
