Simply put. Go see Shawn for your next new car! I was introduced to Shawn on my early morning visit to Roush Honda. I knew what I wanted walking in. It was the white CRZ. The sales manager asked if I was introduced to Shawn on my early morning visit to Roush Honda. I knew what I wanted walking in. It was the white CRZ. The sales manager asked if I needed help, and he connected me with Shawn. Like I said it was early, and I am not sure Shawn was even "clocked in) yet. He was happy to help, asked me if I knew what I was looking for. Yes I do I replied, the white CRZ. Would you like to drive it he asked. No that is ok just want to buy it. He was a little stunned by that. They already had a great price on it and we finalized the deal. Easy! That was my first purchase at Roush Honda. Almost 2 years later Honda had some refreshed models. I wasn't sure what I wanted, but I knew it would be turbo charged and it would have a manual transmission. I was thinking bigger vehicle this time. Thought I would like an Accord. Tried the 1.5L turbo first, it was nice, just not enough power for me. Shawn brought me the second vehicle to test drive, a 2.0 L turbo Accord. Very nice, responsive car, but with what I wanted on it, just out of my price range. Third test drive Honda Civic Si. Yep that is the one for me. So Shawn helped me in a different direction. I have questions (many) about leasing. I had never leased before. ( drove to many miles) That has changed now so away I went in the new Civic lease. Shawn sharpened his pencil and worked a great deal for me to get what I wanted. Stop in and let Shawn get you what you want and be a part of the Roush family. They are good people, and so is Shawn. He even gave me another tip on saving money as cutting the cable came up n conversation. I bought into that too because IT fit with what I wanted, and didn't know it was out there. Roush delivers so much more than a new car Especially when you have Shawn Risner helping you. I met Shawn in 2015, when it was time to turn in my CRV lease. I wasn’t sure what to do and quite Especially when you have Shawn Risner helping you. I met Shawn in 2015, when it was time to turn in my CRV lease. I wasn’t sure what to do and quite honestly, I didn’t really want another CRV but all the other SUV’s were out of my budget. Being the thoughtful salesman that he is, Shawn brought an Accord out for me to test drive. I didn’t think I’d like it, considering it wasn’t an SUV, but it was as if Shawn held some sort of special power to pick out the perfect car for me. Because it only seconds after I’d gotten behind the wheel that I knew it was the perfect car. Beyond the perfect car, was the memorable experience I had working with Shawn. His thoughtful and genuine nature is without a doubt, unlike any other car salesman I’ve ever known or worked with before. He just makes buying a car fun! Of course it’s fun to get a new car, but to have a sales person who genuinely cares about his customers as much as Shawn does, is invaluable. I thoroughly enjoyed driving that car for 3 years and didn’t have a single issue with it. And throughout those 3 years, I can honestly say, a lot of my appreciation for the car and the enjoyment I got was always directly tied to my experience with Shawn and the day he brought it out for me. Just this past week, I had the pleasure to work with Shawn once again, since it was time for my lease to end. Given my limited budget, Shawn gave careful thought to a possible trade in and suggested the Civic; which I test drove, but it didn’t make my heart sing at all like the Accord. It was obvious to Shawn how I felt too. And so he put his special powers to work and picked out the perfect car for me again - and Monday evening, as I drove off the lot in my new 2018 Accord, I was overjoyed and grateful for my new car of course, but even more grateful for the experience. And it’s all because of Shawn. He just has a special way of making his customers feel special, and it’s so obvious in everything he does to help and how he his quick to go out of his way to make sure they’re taken care of. Everyone at Roush Honda is deserving of recognition for being such an outstanding dealership all around! And I’ll continue going back. I wouldn’t even think of going anywhere else, especially as long as Shawn is there to help me. And I don’t want to forget Mike in finance. He was extremely helpful! I just didn’t get to spend as much time with him, but he had a lot to do with me getting my new car too. I seriously can’t say enough nice things about Roush Honda. They just all make buying a car a fun and memorable experience - because I know they genuinely care about their customers and it shows in all they do. More

I just purchased a new Honda Pilot from Roush Honda. This is the first vehicle I’ve purchased from Roush. I have never experienced the level of service, professionalism, quality, or care that I just experienced from Roush. If you are in need of a new Honda, go to Roush and ask for Shawn Risner. Best car salesman I’ve ever experienced. You will not be disappointed. Trust me. Tell him the oatmeal cream pie guy sent you. Roush, as far as I’m concerned, you have a customer for life.
