We didn’t make an appointment, we just walked into Roush Honda one day. We were immediately greeted and welcomed by Shawn Risner. He invited us into his office, and we talked about what kind of car we wante Honda one day. We were immediately greeted and welcomed by Shawn Risner. He invited us into his office, and we talked about what kind of car we wanted. He took us over to the lot across the street where extra cars are kept, and we got to look at the interiors and sit in the front seat. We were interested in a comfortable car, easy to get in and out of, reliable, with good gas mileage. We were impressed with the roominess of both the front and back seats. Shawn answered all of our questions and pointed out some of the advantages we hadn’t noticed. We left the dealership but stayed in touch with Shawn. A couple weeks later we went back to talk again to Shawn and asked more questions, and decided to buy a Honda HRV. It looks great, rides well, and it “fits” us perfectly. Shawn spent time demonstrating the features on the dashboard, and he put the link for the instructional videos on our iPhones. We are very happy with the service and courtesy Shawn showed us.
