Purchase of 2017 Honda Civic Puchased a 2017 Honda Civic EX Turbo. My experience was great. LEXY - I initially communicated with her while doing an internet search and she made me Puchased a 2017 Honda Civic EX Turbo. My experience was great. LEXY - I initially communicated with her while doing an internet search and she made me a great offer which was much lower than my local Honda Dealer could match as well as other Honda Dealers. So I drove 1 hour and 45 minutes to ROush. SHAWN - The day I came I met with Shawn and was taken care of. I immediately was given a test drive by myself. No pressure etc and I purchased the car. RICH - Went to his finance office and the paperwork was quick again with no pressure to purchase other items. SHAWN - Took his time and explained all the functions on the car and did a follow up and encouraged me to call, email, or text with any questions about the car. Roush also offers a free warranty, yes free. The dealership is very busy but I didn't feel like I was being ignored. Roush is the second biggest Honda Dealer in Ohio so in my opinion they sell enough that they don't need to pressure anyone. I would recommend buying from Roush. My wife wants a CR-V so we'll be back. More

He had the exact vehicle we were interested in ready to go when we walked into the door. Richie explained the differences between the models and such but never once tried to get us to purchase more than we wanted. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new Honda. More

Great experience When we first met our sales person I knew our experience would be noteworthy. I have never enjoyed buying a vehicle until now. That's the truth. Also I would like to mention I never write reviews! Another first! We met Shawn Risner upon stumbling in to Roush to "just test drive" a car. Which Shawn was more than happy to accommodate (AND he didn't have to ride shotgun!) He is very gregarious, hilarious and won our hearts within minutes. We stayed after the test drive just to chat! In any case he made the purchase of our new car memorable in the best way. He is extremely accommodating, quick with response times and very fair when it comes to dealing. I hope he stays in the business for awhile as he has earned our business for as long as he sells cars. He also may not know this but my husband and I will most likely stop in just to say hi! That is how great he is! So definitely definitely reach out to Shawn if you want to have a great experience! For realz! More
