2017 Honda Civic EX I was in need of needing a new car and I am a full-time nursing student with a near full-time job. Best car buying experience I could ask for! After test driving vehicles at four previous dealerships (including a 2017 CR-V at another location), I was extremely pleased with my experience at Ro After test driving vehicles at four previous dealerships (including a 2017 CR-V at another location), I was extremely pleased with my experience at Roush Honda. My initial visit was to test-drive the specific vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I had done a lot of research online and at other locations in order to narrow down my search. Shawn set up the test-drive without any pressure to buy, recognizing my needs and desire to simply get a feel for the vehicle in order to make my final decisions. After test-driving the CR-V for the second time, I was able to make what had previously been an agonizingly difficult decision. All of the technological/safety features and the feel of driving the vehicle assured me that the CR-V was the automobile for me. After getting all of my ducks in a row, I contacted Shawn via email to discuss numbers. He suggested that I come back in so that he could try to get me the best results possible. I made an appointment with him at Roush, prepared to buy the car if all things alligned. Ultimately, Shawn and I were able to negotiate a price that I was happy with. I was very pleased with how quickly and stresslessly we were able to come to an agreement. He understood that I had done my research and was confident of a fair price, and he was able to work with management to match my request. Despite the time of day, the Roush team (including Shawn and Karen) was able to prepare the paperwork and my vehicle before end of day so that I could drive my new car home that night. Shawn even stayed a half an hour after close to ensure that I was comfortable with all of the tech of my new CR-V. Ultimately, not only did I get to drive home in a beautiful new vehicle, but the hassle-free experience made it even more enjoyable. The team at Roush made it seem like my purchase mattered as much to them as it did to me. Shawn followed up with a personal phone call and email, thanking me for my time and offering his assistance with anything I might need. I look forward to continuing to work with Roush for all of my service needs going forward. More
