No pressure to buy, answered all of my questions, found me a great rate with Honda Financial Services, and even qualified me for an additional discount! Shawn Risner was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and helpful. I liked the fact that many of the employees were Vets, and that the store is employee-owned. More

I walked into the dealership thinking I knew what I wanted. I had done my research. Shawn showed me some additional options but allowed me to me to make the ultimate decision. He also was very respectful to my budget. I knew what I wanted to pay and he was willing to give it to me for that, even less actually. Truly an amazing experience! Unexpectedly fabulous! I arrived at the dealership with confusion and uncertainty about my current lease, which was scheduled to expire at the end of the month. I wasn't sure if I should buy out my vehicle or look at leasing another one; however, in my mind there was a glitch. I was significantly over my allotted mileage per the lease agreement and didn't think getting into another lease was an option...that is until Shawn Risner, the most wonderful car salesman I know of, entered the picture. From the moment he shook my hand and asked how he could help me until the moment he shook my hand once again, to put me into my shiny brand new vehicle, he was a delight to do business with! I could tell from the start that it was more than just a 'car deal' to Shawn. He genuinely cares about his customers and takes the time to get to know you. I don't warm up to people easily, but with Shawn and his humor, warm personality, and sincere nature, I couldn't help but like the guy. I am beyond ecstatic with my new car and am even more grateful for the experience that I know has a great deal to do with Shawn's involvement. I also want to acknowledge John Newton, the former salesman in my previous lease, who welcomed me again and assured me of his involvement in the new deal. I am thankful for him and his commitment to customer satisfaction as well. Overall, my experience is hard to pin down to just a few words other than to say it was unexpectedly fabulous! More

He was informative and available and I must say patient as I took my time to come back to the dealership several times before deciding. There was no pressure, just everything I needed to make the best decision for me. My previous car, an Element, came from Roush and I had a similar experience then with Dave McCamon. The Dealership and the sales folks are great. I might add that sitting down with Karen in Finance was painless too! I just LOVE my new HR-V!! (I couldn't part with the Element, however, it's in the garage for those special times) More

great place to get a car! As a first time car buyer I was a little intimidated walking in but right off the bat, everyone at Roush made it easy and enjoyable. My mom and sister went a few days before to look at cars for me. Cameron Dean helped them find the perfect one for me with all my desired features. He even offered to work with me over the phone or email if I was unable to come into the dealership. However when I came in that weekend he was not in so Shawn Risner took over. He jumped right in no problem and within minutes got me into a car to test drive. When I decided that was the one I wanted he got the ball rolling on getting the financial side started and everything else worked out. He was very friendly and put me at ease right away. We were there for a few hours but honestly it felt like no time at all which I think was in large part due to how much of a joy he was to work with. I also worked with Will Groves from finance. He talked me through all those aspects and made sure I understood everything. All in all I think Roush Honda has a great team all around and would definitely recommend them in the future. More
