Outstanding Service from Sales to Delivery I stopped in the dealer just to look at a specific color on the 2016 Pilots and Shawn Risner helped me out. He let me know that the dealership did ha I stopped in the dealer just to look at a specific color on the 2016 Pilots and Shawn Risner helped me out. He let me know that the dealership did have that color and he'd be happy to set me up with a test drive. I told him I was from the Cleveland area about 130 miles away and really wasn't looking to buy anything at this time. Shawn let me know immediately that he was ok with that and that the policy of the dealership was not to "hunt down" customers like many others do. He seemed like a very straight forward guy so I agreed and took the car for a ride. When I returned he simply inquired as to what I thought of the car. It was everything I expected and he simply asked if there is anything else he could help me with. I told him where i was in the process and he then helped me get my trade-in appraised and we called it a day. Over the next couple of days I spoke with 8 other dealerships (and to this day am still getting hounded by most of them) and decided to go ahead and make the purchase. When I called Shawn back and let him know what I could pay for the car he worked with me on the price and the trade in and we made the deal. We drive other Honda's and will continue to do so as we really like the product, however, I am also willing to make the drive to Westerville to work with Shawn and Roush Honda on my next purchase. The service from Shawn to Casey (sales manager) to the finance process was quick and seamless. Truly the easiest purchase I've made of a new car. I can't recommend Roush any more and would definitely ask to work with Shawn if you're in the market. More

No pressure to buy, answered all of my questions, found me a great rate with Honda Financial Services, and even qualified me for an additional discount! Shawn Risner was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and helpful. I liked the fact that many of the employees were Vets, and that the store is employee-owned. More

Unexpectedly fabulous! I arrived at the dealership with confusion and uncertainty about my current lease, which was scheduled to expire at the end of the month. I wasn't sure if I should buy out my vehicle or look at leasing another one; however, in my mind there was a glitch. I was significantly over my allotted mileage per the lease agreement and didn't think getting into another lease was an option...that is until Shawn Risner, the most wonderful car salesman I know of, entered the picture. From the moment he shook my hand and asked how he could help me until the moment he shook my hand once again, to put me into my shiny brand new vehicle, he was a delight to do business with! I could tell from the start that it was more than just a 'car deal' to Shawn. He genuinely cares about his customers and takes the time to get to know you. I don't warm up to people easily, but with Shawn and his humor, warm personality, and sincere nature, I couldn't help but like the guy. I am beyond ecstatic with my new car and am even more grateful for the experience that I know has a great deal to do with Shawn's involvement. I also want to acknowledge John Newton, the former salesman in my previous lease, who welcomed me again and assured me of his involvement in the new deal.
