Excellent customer service even though they were extremely busy (Saturday at noon on a long weekend.) Each salesperson seemed attentive, polite, and knowledgeable. The no haggle pricing was fine: we had done our research online already, pulling Carfax for the three cars as well as a dozen others at other used car shops and the one we bought was a good deal. We also checked out all the original window stickers so we knew which car had which options. We wouldn't go anywhere else now for a used car. Tip: Bourne's is set up so that you don't get a lot of attention, at least until you decide on a car. No hand-holding here. Do your research first and you'll be fine. If and when you have questions, they'll provide the answers but no heavy pressure or anything like that. They just ask you what type of car you want, give you the keys and send you on a test drive - by yourself - and when you come back they ask if you liked it or you want to think about it. It was a bit of a surprise tbh but a welcomed one. More
