It took a while and many phone calls to Jose, but everything came thru in the end and I have one happy teenager. I'm sure she was happy to drive back to the cape without me in the car considering she had to listen to "teen driving, responsibility, and stupid things not to do" for the 55 minute ride up! When I walked into the dealership I was greated by Trey Hubbard who offered me a seat and some refreshments. I was coming in to look at a Volkswagen GTI that they had on the lot and when I brought that up to Trey he was very knowledgeable about GTI’s in general, but also about the one they specifically had. Trey offered to pull the car up and let me test drive it which I did take him up on. The next day I came back and took another look at the car, and after several complimentary Bags of cheezits, goldfish and cups of coffee I got to drive off happy as can be in my new GTI! Trey and the rest of the team made my experience here absolutely fantastic and I will certainly be returning here for business once the time comes! More

We fell for a Nissan Altima and found later that a deposit was made on it the day prior...this stunk for about five minutes because we found an even better deal! It also shows that Bourne honors and abides by a great sales system and they stay true to their word. In conclusion the sales and finance team as well as management all shined today and we left very happy with our decision. More

In merely 4 hours start to finish, I test drove the vehicle I had selected, got I highly recommend this dealership, and specifically, Trevon Hubbard. Their price was $3,500 less than the dealership in my hometown for the exact same car. Trevon couldn't have been friendlier or easy to work with. One of my favorite things is that you take the car out on a test drive by yourself so you get to take your time to explore the car without feel pressured by a sales-person in the car. When it came time to go through financing, they took the time to find me a better rate even though I had been pre-approved prior to coming in.
