Patient! I got preapproved before I made the drive out. The team was great & patient with me as I was indecisive if I wanted a SUV or a car. My salesman Savir Diclo gave me his undivided attention and was very in tune to what I wanted. Savir's sales manager, Luis Castellano, worked the numbers to get the payment I wanted. Shawn Visconte got me a fab interest rate and Tim Ousley was wonderful in explaining all the finance paperwork. And I can't forget Patrice Green, my phone consultant who had everything lined up before I even stepped in the dealership. I just love my Soul and the Fuccillo Team made it happen. As a matter of fact my daughter loved my new Soul so much that 2 days later we were at the dealership and she is now a proud owner of a 2020 Soul GT Line. My only regret is that I didn't wait a week and get a 70" flat screen.....LOL. Now that would have been HUGE too. More
