2019 KIA RIO The Salesman, SM, GM & FM they all really worked with me, to find a good fit. I was skeptical at first, but with every question, and issue I may have had the team really worked with me to find a solution which in turn made me a very happy, impressed and a satisfied customer. I even posted on FB that I had a good experience and my Cousin decided to go check out Fuccillo and she too purchased a vehicle. So great team, great work, good follow through and a good experience it all trickles down to bringing in more happy customers. Thank you Fuccillo!!! More

Buying three cars I came here with my sister and mother looking to buy one car and look around at what they had available. Sam D’acqusto, Luis Castellano, and luis Nagy I came here with my sister and mother looking to buy one car and look around at what they had available. Sam D’acqusto, Luis Castellano, and luis Nagy, each of them are salesmen here and were amazing at helping us look around at what they had guiding us when it came to picking which cars to get. When I first came here I was dead set on going to other dealerships and seeing what they had and I had not even considered getting a Kia. Within three hours not only had they convinced me to get a Kia, they showed me there 2019 stinger premium and the second I sat down in the car I knew I was getting this car. In summary the people working here are absolutely amazing and the cars are perfect for whatever you’re looking for. More

Great service Was travelling in the Carolinas when the AC went out on K-900. Went to local dealer there and stated it has to be the thermister since sitting with en Was travelling in the Carolinas when the AC went out on K-900. Went to local dealer there and stated it has to be the thermister since sitting with engine off (allowing defrosting of lines) got the AC to work for another 20-30 minutes. They looked at the car and after 6 hours told me it was caused by keeping the the recirc on for the entire trip. I left that area and of course after a few hours of driving, the problem recurred. I called for an appointment with Jose for the next day. He immediately agreed with the solution and "tested" it with positive results showing that the thermister stayed on down past 28 degreed. Fixed with available part and on my way in one hour. I realize that the K-900 need a certified tech but disappointed with care in North Carolina. I can't say enough about service in Wesley Chapel. More
