I just wanted to give them my money and another chance but this entire experience made me go elsewhere. Good customer service goes a long way and Diego Torres did not provide anything remotely close to that. More

The overall experience was very good. I am not happy with a sneaky move. When we test drive the vehicle the check engine light was on. The salesman said it was on because of a safety issu I am not happy with a sneaky move. When we test drive the vehicle the check engine light was on. The salesman said it was on because of a safety issue that being the tail light was out. When we picked up the car the check engine light was off. As my son drove it home the engine light came on again. I took it to a Kia service to find the issue. They located the issue not related to the tail light. The mechanic said that the engine light was reset. It was reset on the morning we picked up the car. This is a clearly unprofessional and unethical. I will never do business with your company. I will let everyone I know on FB and social media what your company stands for regarding their customers. Make the sale no matter the cost. More
