I have worked here at Nissan/Mazda for 5 years now going on 6. I truly love what I do! I enjoy sharing that moment of joy when you see your car for the first time after it’s been detailed and ready to go home :) I’ve never worked for any other dealership, but I have heard the crazy stories. I’m blessed to work in an environment that is family owned. Please read through the reviews, find me on Facebook or Instagram. Speaking of family… I have a daughter who is 9 going on 16 lol. She is my everything, the reason my world keeps turning. We also have a Cocker spaniel named Ezra. He crazy, full of joy and just as much work as a child but he completes us. I love meeting new people, friends, and networking to help each other out. When we work together Life is a lot easier and making a big purchase can actually be fun! I look forward to meeting you:)

Great car buying experience!!! I truly enjoyed my car buying experience from Shailene. She was professional, low pressure and knowlegable during my Frontier purchase. I was quite surprised by my pleasant and positive purchase experience. Shailene was helpful even when detailing did not meet my expectations by turing around the problem into a positive experience by her care and responsiveness. Numerous other Elk Grove Nissan staff were helpful during my purchase including Kim Gruwell and Joe Luiz. They were both exceptionally helpful and friendly. Lastly, the pricing of the truck was very competitive and made the deal happen. More

Best Car Buying Experience I have ever had! The no pressure approach combined with the fact that you deal with the sales person all the way through the experience without a "Closer" jumping in, The no pressure approach combined with the fact that you deal with the sales person all the way through the experience without a "Closer" jumping in, makes this the best experience I have had buying a car. Both Garrett and Shai were so kind and patient with us. Vue was excellent at Finance and did not pressure us to buy anything we didn't want. Every option we could take advantage of was presented in a very straight forward way and no pressure to decide one way or another. They really wanted us to find the right car for our family, not the right one for their sales quota. Liked it so much, we came back the next day for our second car. More

Very happy with my Juke 2015 I just got a Nissan Juke 2015 at the Elk Grove Nissan dealership and I couldn't be happier. All the staff was very friendly and very patient with my r I just got a Nissan Juke 2015 at the Elk Grove Nissan dealership and I couldn't be happier. All the staff was very friendly and very patient with my requests and was willing to work with me to get a vehicle a really liked. Maria Angulo and Anthony Ibarra were there with me through the whole thing helping me find the best car I could and Shay to get me a good deal, the financing paperwork was fast and clear and overall I was very happy with my experience here. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone trying to get a new or used car. More

Quick and painless. The dealer Shay Briggs was easy to work with and we were in and out in two hours. I purchased a used vehicle and was very happy. Then about a week l The dealer Shay Briggs was easy to work with and we were in and out in two hours. I purchased a used vehicle and was very happy. Then about a week later the car wouldn't start. Shay didn't respond to me, but the service dept. checked it out. They said they couldn't tell what was wrong, but it has had the problem again. I thought since it was certified by the dealership, that meant it was in running condition. The car is not a Nissan, but that is the only option this review page will allow. My car is a 2006 Pontiac G6. The price was $8,000, but after taxes fees and licensing it ended up being about $9,000. More
