Pleasant experience I went in for an oil change and a few repairs to my truck. While I was waiting I went out to the car lot to look around and saw a Cadillac SRX. David I went in for an oil change and a few repairs to my truck. While I was waiting I went out to the car lot to look around and saw a Cadillac SRX. David came out and asked if I needed help with anything I told him I was there getting my oil changed I wasn’t looking to buy. But the car I was looking at really caught my attention so David told me about the car and I took it for a test drive and I really liked the car. But the car a couple of issues that David had resolved so I purchased the car. David was really helpful explaining things about the car and getting repairs done in a timely fashion. More

Best customer service! We called on our way to request to have 2 trucks ready when we arrive. Both trucks were ready and Cari was waiting for us. Shay walked through every page of our contract and explained the extra options to us like we were family. The staff member that answered the phone and greeted us when arrived name isn't listed but she too is a priceless gem. We own our own business and customer service is very important to us.
