I received a call from Angela about my inquiry regarding the 2026 Toyota Cross on Monday, May 4th. She was very nice and accommodating and we agreed on a time for me to go to the dealership. I was immediately put in contact with the Shay Sadosky, who handle pretty much every aspect of the sale, until the financial final stages that were handled by Edward. Shay was very courteous and engaging. She was very attentive and provided answers to all my questions and provided a lot information about the car I intended to purchase, and the purchase process. She took the time to go over every detail with patience and making I understood every step if the wag. Edward was also very professional and explained every detail of the financial process and the related contract and maintenance available. Overall, it was a great experience to be able to purchase a car and feel good about the whole process.
