Very professional follow-up call by Coordinator Angela. Very attentive welcome by personnel, ushered me to salesperson Shay. Great Overall Experience ! ! Mark was a great sales person to work with. Leased a 26 Camry XLE. I had to drive 50 minutes even though there is a Toyota dealership in my own tow ! I received a call from Angela about my inquiry regarding the 2026 Toyota Cross on Monday, May 4th. She was very nice and accommodating and we agreed on a time for me to go to the dealership. She also prov the 2026 Toyota Cross on Monday, May 4th. She was very nice and accommodating and we agreed on a time for me to go to the dealership. She also provided additional information and assistance in case I was going to be running late or if any issues came up. From the moment I parked, the personnel showed their utmost attention, professionalism, and great customer care and support. I was immediately put in contact with the Shay Sadosky, who handle pretty much every aspect of the sale, until the financial final stages that were handled by Edward. Shay was very courteous and engaging. She was very attentive and provided answers to all my questions and provided a lot information about the car I intended to purchase, and the purchase process. She took the time to go over every detail with patience and making I understood every step if the wag. Edward was also very professional and explained every detail of the financial process and the related contract and maintenance available. Overall, it was a great experience to be able to purchase a car and feel good about the whole process. The car was ready as promised and the process was so smooth, I just picked it up and drove off, very satisfied!!! More

The team at Toyota Wallingford has taken customer service to a new level. My wife and I were able to find a car we loved, for a great price and a great rate. Our test drive was the dealmaker, not only did I know instantly that the Camry was my choice, we had an enjoyable conversation, as I was referred to him by a friend, and he was able to answer all of my questions. When he made the ask it was an easy yes. Thanks as well to Angela, Frank, and (I hope I remembered correctly) Dan - it was just the wrong vehicle on the wrong day. I especially appreciate that Frank came to congratulate me on my purchase despite our less fruitful discussion of the day prior. More

I purchased two vehicles since December 2025 and my family purchased one. All transactions were negotiated without stress and a win win for all. Mark in service took care of me for one minor detail so I decided to have my Lexus serviced at this dealership.
