From the moment I arrived, I could tell this dealership was different. The showroom is beautifully designed and welcoming. One of the most memorable features was two impressive sculptures made entirely from automobile parts. I learned they were created by the U.S. Marines to support fallen soldiers, and the dealership owner purchased them to support that charitable cause. That small detail spoke volumes about the values of the dealership. The buying process itself was smooth, transparent, and completely stress-free. There were no games or unnecessary pressure—just honest, professional service from start to finish. What really impressed me was the level of customer service. Since I live nearly two hours away in New York, the dealership actually sent a driver to pick me up, even in the middle of a rainstorm. That level of commitment is something you rarely see today. Before I drove off, my salesperson, Shay patiently helped set up the entire vehicle with my phone, making sure everything—from Bluetooth to Apple CarPlay and the Toyota app—was fully configured and working. It was clear they wanted me to leave completely comfortable with my new vehicle. Buying a car can often be stressful, but this experience was the exact opposite. If you're looking for a dealership that values its customers, treats you with respect, and delivers exceptional service, I highly recommend them.
