My name is Sheaffer Cheek, Jr. My friends call me Champ. Southern Hospitality at its Finest We would give them 10 stars if we could!...truly Scheaffer and Jon as well as the whole team at RBM made us feel at home and part of their family. We aren't very fond of spending time at dealerships and going through the process of buying a vehicle, but they made it absolutely fun and enjoyable. They all went out of their way to not only find what we wanted but what we needed for our growing family. Thank you guys! Put us down as repeat customers for sure! More

The team at RBM from Sales to Finance, to Service and even the big bosses ;-) are a well choreographed group that is incredibly knowledgeable and looks at the lifetime value of me as a client. I think this is my 5th Mercedes from RBM North and each deal is always like the last, a warm welcome, a fun visit with everyone, haven't even bothered test driving anything that I have purchased, and a good value. I had no intentions of purchasing a brand new vehicle, especially after a few h My experience with RBM and Sheaffer Creek could not have been better! I had no intentions of purchasing a brand new vehicle, especially after a few high pressure conversations with another different dealership, but Sheaffer's "no pressure" approach was just what I needed! His service was courteous, professional and prompt. Every step of the process was easy and smooth. I kept waiting for the hidden extra fees, but Sheaffer was upfront about everything so there were no surprises. I feel we got a great deal without a bunch of haggle or hassle. RBM came recommended to us from a friend and I would not hesitate to give them my highest recommendation to others looking to purchase a new Mercedes! More

Amazing service and pleasant buying experience When we decided to buy an Interstate Grand Tour, I was not looking forward to the whole shopping/dealership experience. What a pleasant surprise it w When we decided to buy an Interstate Grand Tour, I was not looking forward to the whole shopping/dealership experience. What a pleasant surprise it was to meet Sheaffer. My husband had been communicating with him via email and phone, and when we finally made it to the dealership to check out the Interstate, Sheaffer was very helpful and was able to answer all of our questions. He is very knowledgable about all of the features and systems of the Airstream. Not only is he extremely competent, but his honesty and politeness are refreshing. Not once did we feel pressured or rushed. He is also very responsive to communications, not only before you buy, but after. As I sit here typing this, he is speaking with my husband who had a question about one of the features. It is comforting to know that service is a priority with Sheaffer and the RBM dealership. I can say that this was the very best experience I have had buying a new vehicle. The dealership itself is very pleasant and everyone we came in contact with was helpful and friendly. When we get another new vehicle, we would absolutely choose to work with RBM and Sheaffer. More
