I went to rbm having an experience a couple of years ago with Fabian Tarfur I did not purchase a car from rbm at that time but was still treated as if I had . I called Fabian again and met him by just dropping by he showed a van but was expecting a confirmed appointment but still made time to show me a van and then introduced me to Shaeffer who was just as courteous and unbelievably knowledgeable about the van . In short I got everything I wanted at a better price than I expected which tells me that the customer's need was put at the highest priority in the deal very rare these days . In closing I will be purchasing another vehicle shortly and will look no further than RBM . More

Having owned Explorer conversion vans in the past we were anxious to add the quality of Mercedes with that of Explorer for our next vehicle. Sheaffer aided us in doing just that. Additionally, the entire staff we met were pleasant to deal with and the financial closing was short and to the point.
