He was just showing the benefits of the AirStream and Quality of it. It was November before I bought and Schafer was not pushy and did not bother me often about making a decision. He always made himself available and sent updates to his emails such as the Airstream Rebate that made me move on a decision. The dealership and Sheafer were very honest and I would highly recommend them for dealing with in the purchase of any vehicle. More

Happy Camper Sheaffer Cheek is the type of salesperson you should expect at an RBM dealership! My wife and I weren't sure if we wanted to buy our Airstream Inters Sheaffer Cheek is the type of salesperson you should expect at an RBM dealership! My wife and I weren't sure if we wanted to buy our Airstream Interstate EXT - until we met with Sheaffer. There are so many features with this class B RV and he took the time to demonstrate all of them to us. Once we made the decision to buy he then spent another two hours going over everything in detail. Service after the sale is excellent as well. We had a small warning light blinking on the propane panel and so I returned and met Jody - the service manager. In less than 15 minutes the issue was resolved and I was on my way home. Frankly, Sheaffer is the consummate professional Salesman. More
