I am a first time Chevy owner and I was disappointed with the level of service received. I did not feel welcomed. I am used to receiving top tier service. My invoice was more than what was discussed. I had to challenge bogus charges. The cost was already more than I should have paid for a replacement key and fob. Shame on me for expecting honesty and quality from your business. I am only sharing this because you kept asking. I will not return because I can get poor service anywhere. More
